How It Works
We write and mail cards that are beautifully HANDWRITTEN – no computer fonts here.
- Choose your card
- Fill in the recipient’s mailing address, and add your personal message that you’d like us to handwrite in the card. (All handwriting and mailing services are included in the price of the card). All of our cards are handwritten by real people, never printed by computer. No “handwriting-like” fonts. You can even upload a pic of your handwriting and we’ll do our best to write like you.
- Pick the Shipping method: USPS First Class, Airmail for International, or Priority Mail (US only). You can also choose RUSH PROCESSING if your order needs to be mailed faster.
- You have the option to add a gift, have it wrapped, or to add confetti inside the card if you like.
- Choose the Occasion Date – this is NOT the mailing date, but the actual date of the occasion. We will do everything we can to ensure it arrives as close to that date as possible.
Let us remember so you don’t have to! Sign up to receive emails for special occasions – you do not have to “join,” pay a fee, or set up a database in order to use it. At Sent-well we believe that if you are on our site, you are looking for convenience. Sending cards should be simple.
Checking on Your Order
Simply login in to “My Account” where you can review and find the status of your order. After checkout, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Please be sure the address you provide is accurate to ensure timely delivery. Once the card leaves our hands, we are reliant upon the Post Office to get it safely to its destination. There are no guarantees once it’s out of our hands, but we have not had an order get lost yet!
Corporate Cards - Let us send your cards for you
We are a small business ourselves, and know the importance of maintaining good relationships with our partners and clients. Let us create and send your cards for the holidays, or any occasion you choose to keep in touch with your clients. We have special discounted pricing for business clients that differs from our retail prices. Our designers can create a card for you, using your logo/images. We’d love to work with you – please email us to discuss your needs and we can talk thru pricing options. Artwork approval is required so that we can ensure you are happy before we print your order. For Our Troops
FOR OUR TROOPS - members of the military save 15% on their orders. Use code 4TROOPS at checkout, and please supply us with your military ID information in the comments section of your order. Sending a card to our troops? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a discount code. Orders must be going to a military base, homefront family members, or deployed military members, and we will send you a discount code.
Sent-Well collects personal information when you create an account, use products or services. Personal information is defined as information about you such as your name, address, email address or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. When you create a member account we ask for information such as your name and email address. Once you register with Sent-Well and sign in to use our services, you are not anonymous to us. Any information collected by Sent-Well about you, or your card recipients will remain private. Our only purpose for storing this info is to provide the services you specifically request. If additional information is needed to provide those services, Sent-Well will contact you. We will not share your information with outside parties. You may contact us at any time to request that we remove the information from our database. From time to time, we may e-mail or contact our customers by mail regarding sales and promotions. We try to be respectful, and these promotions happen on a limited basis. If you are not interested in receiving such info from Sent-Well, you can contact us at any time, and we will of course remove you from any such communications in the future. You have the ability to opt in or out on any e-mail sent, by following the instructions provided in the communication. We do reserve the right to send you certain announcement communications relating to Sent-Well’s service. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those messages.
Sharing of your information
We do not share your information with third parties other than as described above.
Confidentiality and Security
We use a secure server (SSL) certified by Comodo CA Limited to encrypt all of your personal information. We make sure to protect the security and confidentiality of the personal information we have collected, and to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of any of your personal information.

Order Transit Time & Tracking
We do our best to process all orders within 48 hours upon receipt of orders. We always are mindful of your specified occasion date (this is the date you want the card to ARRIVE, not ship). If you need your order processed faster than 48 hours, we now offer a RUSH SHIPPING option. Domestic transit time on all USPS First Class orders is 5 – 6 postal mailing days. (in other words, don’t count Sundays) Your card should take no more than 4-5 days to reach anywhere in the US, but we like to allow a little “wiggle room” in case of bad weather. There is no tracking on cards sent first class mail. Also, we are not the USPS, or mail carriers – we are a dedicated bunch of people with nice handwriting who are happy to write and mail card for you. We photograph all cards before they leave our hands and go into the mail. Please note for all cards that are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) via first class mail: We guarantee our services up to the point it goes into the mail – after that it is up to the USPS to get it there. We do also offer Priority Mail if you need the card to arrive faster or would like tracking. Priority Mail fees apply. Cards are sent from our facility in the New York / New Jersey Metro area. Cards going to military bases get domestic shipping postage. Transit times will vary based on military delivery schedules. International orders: Please choose “International Airmail” in the Shipping dropdown. International transit time on all international orders can vary from 5 – 10 days. Please allow extra time for transit when placing your order. Please note: all cards are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) via international mail. We guarantee our services up to the point it goes into the mail – after that it is up to your postal service to get it there. Again, try not to worry – we haven’t had an order not make it to its destination yet.
We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Please note: due to the personalized nature of our handwritten cards we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout) so please proof read when placing your order. We do our best to double check our work. However, a mistake can occur. In the case of a Sent-Well error, please be assured that we will work to correct the error as quickly as possible and to your full satisfaction. Once you have let us know of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible, and of course, the shipping will be free of charge on the replacement order. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse to send cards that are offensive in nature, use obscenities, are racially, religious or sexually intolerant, threatening or politically charged. We will not write anything that is fraudulent, threatening, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful. We will not send anything that is downright nasty or hurtful. Our cards are meant to promote happiness and well being, not the opposite. Thanks for your consideration and understanding!
